Product Description
● The cylinder block of automatic switching device consists of pressure regulator, high pressure connecting tube, computer automatic switching device and control valve, check valve, overflow valve, pressure transducer, control panel, solenoid valve, pressure gauge, etc.
● There are four Pressure regulators that adjust the high-pressure intake and low-pressure output respectively. Intake regulator pressure regulate each connection pipe and control valve is connected to the high pressure manifold, using the air end as a secondary regulator to control the steady output of air supply.
● Automatic switching device for automatic switching between left and right cylinder groups for gas supply.The device is controlled by computer and can display switching status, system pressure, left and right cylinder pressure, alarm output, etc.
● Regulator is equipped with a relief valve, the specification pressure of 24 bar, when the pressure will be automatically released to avoid overpressure on the air supply system. The pressure transmitter is connected to the control panel to display the pressure adjustment pressure of the left and right bottle groups and the outlet pressure of the system respectively.
● Two sets of independently controlled secondary pressure relief valves. (Use specifications can be changed according to the pressure of the gas used)

● Alternate mode: The computer senses the cylinder pressure by means of a pressure transmitter, controls the solenoid valve to act on the pneumatic valve, and completes the alternate action.
● The system has RS-485 and ethernet interface, which is convenient for remote information integration system connection. It can provide left and right cylinder pressure and output.
